LOVE COLOUR , a mixed water based media workshop experience with Jan Gardner RCA, RWSW

Cost: Members £20, Non members £25. Payment will be advised when sufficient participants are secured.

Jan’s workshop will encompass an introduction to a range of effects to create an individual, expressive piece of work.

In the morning, we will incorporate some colour exercises and develop a unique piece for the individual.

• Working with colour and mark-making

• Mono-types for collage

• Making coloured grounds.

Then after a break we will be using participants own reference material, (sketch-books, own inspiration, poem, prose, song)

We will be exploring our imaginations and flow of ideas from morning`s work to plan and explore a piece on watercolour paper.

Please bring lunch and all your own water based materials (watercolour, inks, acrylics etc) and cartridge and watercolour paper. Jan can supply other materials at cost.
